Vibe’s Yearly Calendar
Vibe’s Yearly Calendar/Payment Due Dates 2022-2023
Yearly tuition is based on 33 weeks of classes and is broken down into 9 ½ months of payments (June is a ½ month payment), closings are taken into consideration as well as built in snow days.
Tuition is due by the 20th of the month prior. For example, September tuition is due by August 20th, October is due by September 20th, etc. Late payments will incur a $25 late fee.
It is very important to pay your costume fee on time so that we have plenty of time to process it and order the costumes so that we have it in a timely fashion. If your payment has not been received when we order the costume, it may have to be ordered separately and risk it not being here in time for competition, pictures or recital.
Costume fees are a set price. We take the average cost of a costume and take into consideration the huge amount of work involved with making sure our dancers have beautiful costumes! Costume fees include not only the price of your costume but also the following:
*Planning, researching, and artistic direction and inspiration for the costumes
*Organizing classes for measuring, sizing and correct class enrollment
*Data entry for all classes, dancers, costumes and individual sizes
*Maintaining database of dancers, costumes, sizes, and payments
*Ordering, re-ordering (when a costume isn’t available or doesn’t fit)
*Unpacking costumes when they arrive, hanging, sorting, handing out and
trying them on the dancers
*Any alterations that are needed to be done
*Credit card payment fees, Shipping costs and sales tax
