Predance   5:00 – 6:00

Ages 7-8

Hip Hop: 5:00 - 6:00
Jazz: 6:15 - 7:15

Ages 9-12

Contemporary 6:15 - 7:15
Hip Hop: 7:30 - 8:30

Ages 13 - up

Hip Hop: 6:15 – 7:15
Contemporary:   7:30 – 8:30   (13-up)

I approve of my child’s participation in Vibe Performing Arts programs, and will not hold Vibe Performing arts liable for injury occuring during class ativities. I certify that he/she has health insurance, and is in good health and able to participate in the program. If medical attention is required for illness or injury, I grant permission for such care to be rendered.

I authorize images and videos to be posted on websites and social media that may be taken during events coordinated through Vibe Performing Arts.
